- List Service As - A dropdown field to specify the role or type of service the vendor is listed as.
- Vendor - Option to list the service as a vendor, indicating the person or company providing goods or services.
- Email - A text input field to enter the user's email address.
- Phone - A field to enter the user's phone number, consisting of two parts:
- Country Code Dropdown - A dropdown to select the country code for the phone number.
- +91-The country code for India.
- Realty Flow Lead ID --A text input field to enter the unique Realty Flow Lead ID, currently left empty.
- Service / Material Category - A selection field to choose whether the details related to Material or Service.
- Service / Material Type - A dropdown field to select the specific type of service or material being provided.
