Vendor Services

  • List Service As - A dropdown field to specify the role or type of service the vendor is listed as.
  • Vendor - Option to list the service as a vendor, indicating the person or company providing goods or services.

  • Email - A text input field to enter the user's email address.
  • Phone - A field to enter the user's phone number, consisting of two parts:
  • Country Code Dropdown - A dropdown to select the country code for the phone number.
  • +91-The country code for India.
  • Realty Flow Lead ID --A text input field to enter the unique Realty Flow Lead ID, currently left empty.

  • Service / Material Category - A selection field to choose whether the details related to Material or Service.
  • Service / Material Type - A dropdown field to select the specific type of service or material being provided.
  •  Agent Service - Services offered by agents to manage transactions or operations.
  • Home Loans - Financial services related to providing loans for purchasing homes.
  • Legal Service - Professional services for legal advice, documentation, and representation.
  • Accounting / Tax Service - Services focused on accounting, bookkeeping, and tax management.
  • Professional Service - Specialized services offered by professionals across industries.
  • Maintenance Service - Services related to repair, upkeep, and maintenance of properties or equipment.
  • Contractor Service - Services offered by contractors for construction, renovation, or project management.
  • Owners Association Service - Services related to the management and operations of property owners' associations.
  • Builder Services - Services provided by builders, including construction and property development.
  • Building Material - Supplies and materials used for construction, renovation, or repair projects.
  • Household Appliances - Electrical or mechanical devices used for household functions like cooking, cleaning, and storage.
  • Other - An option to specify services or materials that do not fall under the listed categories.

  • Commercial Property Loans – Financing solutions for purchasing or developing commercial real estate properties.
  • Residential Home Loans – Mortgage options for buying, constructing, or renovating residential properties.
  • + Add Service / Material Name – Allows users to add a new loan service or material category.

  • Description - A text area field to provide detailed information, notes, or additional context about the related item or service.
  • Available From - A date input field to specify the starting availability date, following the format dd-MMM-yyyy (e.g., 01-Jan-2024).

  • RERA Certified - A checkbox to indicate whether the service, project, or property is certified under the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA).
  • RERA ID - A text input field to enter the unique RERA identification number associated with the certified property or project.

Service Location (Currently serving Hyderabad. More cities coming soon..)

  • City - A dropdown field to select the city where the property or service is located, currently set to Hyderabad.
  • Locality - A dropdown field to select a specific locality within the chosen city.
  • Area or Subdivision/Building - A text input field to specify the exact area, subdivision, or building within the selected locality.

Address - A section to input the complete address details.

  • Address Line 1 - A text input field to enter the primary address details such as house number, street name, or building name.
  • Address Line 2 - An optional text input field to provide additional address details like apartment number, landmark, or suite.
  • City / District - A text input field to specify the city or district where the address is located.
  • State / Province - A text input field to enter the name of the state or province corresponding to the address.
  • Postal Code - A text input field to enter the postal or ZIP code for the specified address.
  • Country - A dropdown field to select the country corresponding to the address.

Area

Service / Material Area (in Sq. ft) - A numeric input field to specify the area of the service or material in square feet, allowing for both whole numbers and decimal values.

  • Company Name - A text input field to enter the official name of the company.
  • Company Email - A text input field to provide the company's email address for communication purposes.

  • Company Contact - A phone number input field to enter the company's contact number, including a country code dropdown (currently set to +91 for India).
  • Company Website - A text input field to enter the company's official website URL, prefixed with https://.

Price Details

  • Service / Material Price - A numeric input field to specify the price of the service or material, allowing for large values with comma separators and decimal points.
  • Deposit Amount - A numeric input field to enter the deposit amount required, formatted similarly to the price field with commas and decimals.
  • Enter Employees - A checkbox to indicate whether employee details need to be entered, currently checked to enable this option.
  • Commission Rate - A dropdown field to select the applicable commission rate for the service or material.
  • 1% for Properties up to Rs 1 Cr - A fixed commission rate of 1% applicable to properties valued up to ₹1 crore.
  • Negotiable - An option indicating that the commission rate can be adjusted based on mutual agreement.
  • Price Negotiable - A checkbox to specify whether the price is open for negotiation, currently checked to confirm that the price is negotiable]

Add Employees

  • Employee Full Name - A section to input the employee’s full name, divided into:
  • First Name - A text input field to enter the employee's first name.
  • Last Name - A text input field to enter the employee's last name.
  • Father's/Spouse's Name - A text input field to enter the name of the employee’s father or spouse, depending on the relevant relationship.
  • Phone Number - A field to enter the employee’s contact number, consisting of:
  • Country Code Dropdown - A dropdown to select the country code, currently set to +91 for India.
  • Phone Number Input - A text input field to enter the employee’s phone number.
  • Delete Icon (X) - A button to remove the employee entry from the form.

Email Address - A text input field to enter the individual's email address for communication purposes.

  • Residential Address - A section to input the complete residential address, including:
  • Address Line 1 - A text input field for the primary address details (house number, street, etc.).
  • Address Line 2 - An optional field for additional address details (landmark, apartment, etc.).
  • City / District - A text input field to specify the city or district.
  • State / Province - A dropdown field to select the state or province.
  • Postal Code - A text input field to enter the postal or ZIP code.
  • Country - A dropdown field to select the country of residence.
  • Aadhaar Number - A numeric input field to enter the Aadhaar number, which is a unique 12-digit identification number issued by the Indian government.
  • PAN Number - A text input field to enter the Permanent Account Number (PAN), which is a unique alphanumeric identifier used for tax-related purposes in India.

  • Preferred Contact Method - A dropdown field to select the individual's preferred mode of communication.
  • Phone - Contact via direct phone calls.
  • Email - Contact through email messages.
  • WhatsApp - Contact using the WhatsApp messaging platform.
  • Emergency Contact Name - A text input field to enter the name of the emergency contact person.
  • Emergency Contact Number - A numeric input field to provide the phone number of the emergency contact.
  • Blood Group - A dropdown field to select the individual's blood group for medical records.

  • Hourly Rate (₹) - A numeric input field to specify the employee's hourly wage in Indian Rupees (₹).

  • Weekends - Refers to working days that fall on Saturday and Sunday, typically for roles requiring weekend shifts.

  • Working Hours - A dropdown field to select the designated shift or working schedule for the employee.
  • 1st Shift - Refers to the morning shift, typically starting around 8 AM and ending in the early afternoon.
  • 2nd Shift - Refers to the afternoon or evening shift, usually starting in the afternoon and ending late evening.
  • 3rd Shift - Refers to the night shift, typically covering late-night hours until early morning.
  • 24x7 - Indicates a flexible or rotating schedule where work may occur at any time, covering all hours of the day.
  • Skills/Certifications - A dropdown field to select specific skills or certifications that the employee possesses, relevant to their role or industry.

  • Police Verification Status- A dropdown field to select the status of the employee's police verification.
  • Pending -Indicates that the police verification process has been initiated but is not yet completed.
  • Completed - Confirms that the police verification process has been successfully completed.
  • Not Required - Indicates that police verification is not necessary for the employee's role or position.
  • ESI Number - A numeric input field to enter the Employee State Insurance (ESI) number for employees covered under the ESI scheme.
  • Bank Account Number - A numeric input field to enter the employee's bank account number for salary deposits.
  • IFSC Code - A text input field to enter the Indian Financial System Code (IFSC) associated with the employee's bank account for electronic fund transfers.

  • Employee Photo - A file upload field to select and upload an image of the employee for identification purposes.
  • Supporting Documents - A file upload field to select and upload relevant documents, such as ID proofs, certificates, or other official records.
  • Verified - A dropdown field to indicate whether the employee's information and documents have been verified.
  • Yes - Confirms that the employee's information and documents have been successfully verified.
  • No - Indicates that the employee's information and documents have not yet been verified.

  • Verification ID - A text input field to enter the unique identification number associated with the employee's verification process.
  • Date of Joining - A date input field to specify the employee's official start date in the organization, following the format dd-MMM-yyyy (e.g., 01-Jan-2024).

Service related Photos

  • Select View - A dropdown field to choose the type of image being uploaded, based on its purpose or perspective.
  • Primary Photo - The main image representing the subject, typically used as the featured or cover photo.
  • Exterior - An image showcasing the external view of a building, property, or structure.
  • Other - Any additional images that do not fit into specific categories like primary or exterior photos.
  • Image- A file upload field to select and upload an image corresponding to the selected view.

Service Documents

Service / Material Voucher - A file upload field to select and upload a voucher related to a specific service or material, typically used for record-keeping, verification, or reimbursement purposes.

  • Service Status - A dropdown field to select the status of the service, indicating its stage in the workflow.
  • Draft - Indicates that the service details are being prepared but not yet finalized or published.
  • Under Review - The service is being evaluated or verified before approval or activation.
  • Active - The service is currently live and available for use or engagement.
  • Pending - The service is awaiting approval, confirmation, or further action.
  • Expired - The service is no longer valid or has passed its active period.
  • Off Market - The service has been intentionally removed from availability, either temporarily or permanently.
  • Other Document - A file upload field to attach additional documents related to the service for reference or verification.

Reference

Service Reference - A text input field to enter a unique reference number or identifier associated with a specific service for tracking, verification, or record-keeping purposes.

  • Submit Button - A button is used to finalize and send the entered form data for processing or saving.
  • Reset Button - A button is used to clear all the input fields in the form, resetting them to their default or blank state.
