🏡 Managing Your Property Listings

Once your property is listed on RealtyBlocks, managing it is easy and efficient. You can edit details, track status, update pricing, access dashboards, and unpublish when needed — all from a single place.

Here’s how to stay in control of your property listings from start to finish.

Where to Find Your Listings

Log in to www.realtyblocks.com
Click your profile icon and select My Listings
You’ll see a list of properties you’ve submitted with the following columns:
- Listing Details
- Listing Type (Sale, Rent, etc.)
- Status (Draft, Active, Expired)
- Dashboard Access
- Edit Option

How to Edit Your Property

Click the pencil icon next to any listing to open it in edit mode
You can update:
- Price
- Photos
- Area info
- Amenities
- Floor details, facing, furnishing, etc.
Save changes at any time — your listing updates instantly

How to Access Dashboard Tools

Click the external link icon under the Dashboard column
From here, you can:
- View offer messages (OfferChain™)
- Use SmartBid™ to get buyer insights
- Track valuation reports from PropGauge™
- Generate rent receipts, inspection logs, and more

Unpublishing a Listing

Click Edit from My Listings
Scroll to the bottom and click the new Unpublish button
Once clicked:
- Property status is changed to Draft
- Auto-renew is turned off
- Property is no longer visible publicly
You can re-activate the listing anytime by paying the subscription from My Subscriptions

Track Listing Status

Draft: Created but not published (awaiting invoice payment)
Active: Live and discoverable by buyers
Expired: Auto-deactivated if the renewal is missed or manually unpublished

Renew or Cancel Your Listing

Go to My Subscriptions from My Profile
You’ll see a ₹499/month subscription per active property
You can:
- Turn auto-renew ON or OFF
- Download invoices
- Cancel anytime before the next billing cycle
