🧪 Our MVP Strategy: Test, Learn, Iterate
We launched our private beta with 50+ real estate professionals in Hyderabad to collect data, watch how users interacted with each feature, and listen to their feedback.
Some early learnings:

These insights are helping us rapidly improve before the national rollout.
