🔐 Deactivating & Reactivating Your Account

Need to pause your activity on RealtyBlocks? You can deactivate your account at any time — your listings, leads, and documents will be securely stored for when you're ready to return.

Reactivation isn’t automatic. To come back, you’ll need to contact us directly or chat with our support assistant. Here's how it works.

 

Deactivating Your Account

To deactivate your account:

Go to www.realtyblocks.com
Log in and click the user icon → select My Profile
Scroll to the bottom of your profile page
Click Deactivate Account
Confirm the deactivation request when prompted

What happens after deactivation:

  • Your property and service listings will be paused and hidden from public view

  • You will no longer receive offer updates, lead messages, or service requests

  • Your access to modules like OfferChain™, AgreeMate™, InvoiceX™, and AssetTrack™ will be suspended

  • Your documents, subscriptions, and CRM history will be saved securely in our system

 

Reactivating Your Account

We currently do not offer one-click reactivation from your dashboard.

To reactivate your account:

Our team will manually verify your account and restore your access within 1–2 business days. Once reactivated, all your previous data, listings, and documents will be available just as you left them.

 

Important Notes

You cannot deactivate your account if:

  • You have an active paid subscription or unpaid invoice

  • A contract is pending in AgreeMate™
    In such cases, cancel your subscriptions via My Subscriptions or resolve pending actions before deactivation

Your identity verification (via ClearPass™) remains valid after reactivation — no need to repeat KYC

You will keep your original account role (buyer, seller, vendor, etc.)
