Here’s how to organically boost your property’s reach and engagement on RealtyBlocks — no paid upgrades required.

What Impacts Visibility?

Your listing is ranked and shown based on:

• Completeness of your listing form

• Quality of images and videos uploaded

• Location insights powered by MarketLens™

• Price accuracy using PropGauge™

• User engagement and freshness (recency of updates)

Steps to Boost Your Listing’s Performance

1. Fill Out All Details Completely
Use the full listing form with correct fields:

• Ownership type, property type, and sub-type

• RERA approval and registration ID

• Room count, amenities, and kitchen type

• Legal, land, and floor details

Properties with 100% profile completion are more likely to appear in buyer searches.

2. Add High-Quality Visuals

• Upload clear, well-lit images (minimum 5 preferred)

• Use real photos of exteriors, interiors, amenities, and documents

• Include a Primary Image to improve click rates

3. Write a Strong Listing Description
Your title and description matter:

• Use phrases like "Fully Furnished 3BHK near Jubilee Hills Metro"

• Highlight standout features: Vaastu-compliant, top floor, garden-facing

• Add nearby conveniences (e.g., “5 min walk to D-Mart”)

4. Include All Floor and Location Details

• Add floor number, total floors, facing direction

• Mention road width and number of open sides

• Enter accurate latitude and longitude (auto-pins on map)

These help buyers filter and sort listings faster — improving your match rates.

5. Set a Competitive Price

• Use PropGauge™ to see what others in your locality are selling for

• Mark “Negotiable” if you’re open to price talks

• Enable Auction Mode for serious seller signals

6. Keep the Listing Active

• Listings with recent updates rank higher

• If your property is not getting views, try editing price or uploading new photos

• Auto-renew your subscription to avoid dropping into Draft
