π οΈ Managing & Updating Your Listings and Renewals
Once youβve listed your property on RealtyBlocks, keeping it updated is quick and flexible. You can edit details, pause visibility, manage subscription renewals, or unpublish a property at any time β all from your dashboard.
Hereβs how you can stay in full control of your property listings after they go live.

Accessing Your Listings
Go to www.realtyblocks.com
Click the user icon on the top right β select My Listings
Youβll see a list of your current properties with their:

Listing Status (Draft / Active)

Listing Type (Sale or Rent)

Edit and Dashboard icons
Click the Edit icon to update property details
Click the External Link icon to open the Property Dashboard

Editing Your Listing
In edit mode, you can update:
-
Pricing (expected price, token amount, price per sq. ft)
-
Property type, size, ownership, RERA status
-
Offers, negotiability, or mark it as auction
-
Photos and primary image
-
Any legal or service tags linked to the listing
All updates are saved automatically, and if your listing is Active, changes are instantly reflected.

Unpublishing Your Property (New Feature)
You can now Unpublish your listing directly from the Edit Listing page.

Scroll to the bottom of the edit form

Click the Unpublish button

This will change the status of your listing from Active to Draft
When this happens:

The listing is removed from public search
-
Any offers or leads remain linked to the draft
-
Your auto-renewal will be turned OFF automatically (handled by the system)
-
You can re-activate the listing by paying the next month's invoice when ready
This is especially useful if:

Your property is no longer available
-
Youβre pausing the listing temporarily
-
You want to stop recurring payments or subscriptions

Managing Renewals
Each listing subscription is βΉ499/month
Youβll receive your invoice via:

Email
-
WhatsApp
-
Profile > My Subscriptions
You can:
-
View invoice status
-
Pay or skip the next cycle
-
Turn off auto-renewal
-
Resume a listing later from My Listings
If an invoice is unpaid, the listing automatically switches back to Draft after the current term expires

Draft

Property is saved but not visible to the public

Can be edited anytime

Needs payment to go live
Active
-
Publicly visible to buyers and renters
-
Auto-renews every month until cancelled or unpublished
Unpublished

Triggered manually by the user via the Unpublish button

Treated as Draft with auto-renew turned off
