In RealtyBlocks, every lead is treated as an “Offer.” You can view, respond to, and act on these offers directly from your dashboard — with built-in chat, filters, and tools for faster follow-ups and smoother transactions.

Where to Find Your Offers

Log in at www.realtyblocks.com
Click your profile icon and select My Offers from the dropdown menu
You’ll land in the Offers Inbox, where you can filter between:
- All offers
- Received and Sent
- Offers related to Properties, Services, or Support

Viewing and Responding to Offers

Click any offer to open its full message thread
Use the built-in messaging window to reply directly from the platform
Each message includes timestamps and is saved under the specific offer for context
This chat is your central place to discuss pricing, features, next steps, or anything else related to the deal

Using the Action Center

Click the green User Action Center icon inside an offer thread to trigger advanced workflows:

Chat: Continue the conversation directly
Attachments: Share files or images
Book: Schedule appointments
SmartBid: Enable bidding or comparisons
Contract: Generate agreements
Invoice: Raise a bill or receive payment
Request Svc: Link to a related vendor or service
SocialAI: Promote related offerings
KYC: Start verification
WhatsApp: Jump to external follow-up (manual for now)
Launch Poll: Run sentiment polls if needed

You can jump to any dashboard module from here — like BookEasy™, InvoiceX™, AgreeMate™, or ServiceMate™ — and take the offer directly into action.

Important Notes

Offers are only manageable through the web dashboard — not via WhatsApp (BlocChat) or the front-end assistant (BlocBot) at this time
You can view full chat history and continue discussions without switching tabs or tools
All your actions within the offer window are saved and synced automatically

Smart Follow-Up Tips

Respond quickly for better trust and higher closure rates
Use the Action Center to keep conversations moving forward
Mark offers as completed when done to keep your dashboard tidy
Organize offers using filters based on type or source

Troubleshooting

Didn’t receive an expected offer? Check your filters or the “Sent” tab
Need to share a proposal? Use the Attachments or Invoice options inside the chat
Want to switch to service or property module? Use the Action Center without needing to leave the offer thread
