🧾 Managing Manual Journals with CashCycle™

CashCycle™ on RealtyBlocks now includes a Manual Journals feature — giving users full control over recording income, expenses, and transaction details across any property. Whether it's rent, commission, maintenance, or legal fees, you can log everything and stay audit-ready year-round.

 

What Is the Manual Journals Feature?

Manual Journals in CashCycle™ let you:

  • Manually enter income or expense records tied to a property

  • Classify entries as Rent, Sale, Commission, Legal Fee, Tax, etc.

  • Upload receipts or supporting documents

  • Track buyer/seller/service records by invoice, property ID, or email

  • Export and organize reports for year-end financial management

This gives owners, landlords, and agents complete flexibility to record financial activity not automatically generated through InvoiceX™.

 

How to Use Manual Journals

  1. Log in at www.realtyblocks.com

  2. Go to CashCycle™ in your left sidebar

  3. Choose the Manual Entries tab

  4. Click Create Entries to begin logging a new journal

 

What to Fill In:

  • Journal Type: Property Sale, Commission, Rent, Tax, Legal Fee

  • User Info: Name, phone, email — auto-filled from CRM if linked

  • Property ID: Helps track which asset the transaction is linked to

  • Invoice Number (if available)

  • Date and optional Attachments (PDFs, images of receipts)

  • Subtotals, Tax, and Final Amount

After entering, click Submit & Send Email to notify concerned parties (if needed).

  • Capture broker commissions not raised via InvoiceX™

  • Record partial rent receipts or cash payments

  • Upload legal bills or registration fees

  • Log advance payments or security deposits

  • Store GST bills for property expenses
