Automated communication tools like BlocChat™, OfferChain™, and AgentIQ (in the background) are designed to streamline your real estate transactions and client interactions. However, if you encounter issues with automated messages not triggering correctly, here’s how you can quickly troubleshoot and resolve the problem.

 

Getting Started

  1. Log In to Your RealtyBlocks Account
    Go to www.realtyblocks.com and sign in using your email, mobile number, or Google account.

  2. Access Your Dashboard
    Once logged in, go to your Dashboard from the top-right menu. Here, you can view all your properties, leads, service requests, and communication settings.

 

Common Automated Communication Errors and How to Fix Them

1. Automated Messages Not Triggering

  • Issue: Automated messages (like lead follow-ups or contract reminders) aren’t being sent.

  • Fix:

    • Ensure that BlocChat™ is enabled for WhatsApp notifications under My Profile > Notification Preferences.

    • Check the lead status in My Offers. If the lead is still marked as “New” or “Pending,” follow-ups may not trigger until the status is updated.

    • Verify that your email and phone numbers are correctly linked in My Profile, as these are the primary sources for notifications and alerts.

    • If the issue persists, try logging out and logging back in to refresh the system.

2. Incorrect Message Content or Formatting

  • Issue: The automated message content is incorrect or doesn’t reflect the right details (e.g., incorrect property name, wrong pricing).

  • Fix:

    • Review your listing details in My Listings to ensure that all property information (pricing, features, address) is accurate and up-to-date.

    • Check if AgentIQ is pulling correct data from your listings. If needed, update the listing details and save the changes.

    • Re-trigger the message to check if the issue persists.

3. Leads Not Receiving Automated Follow-Ups

  • Issue: After a lead shows interest, they don’t receive the automated follow-up messages.

  • Fix:

    • Ensure that follow-ups are enabled under your AI Preferences and check if they are active for the current lead type (buyer, seller, or service request).

    • Verify the lead activity — AI follow-ups are triggered based on certain actions, like viewing a listing or submitting an offer.

    • If a lead hasn’t interacted recently, the system may not trigger a follow-up. In this case, manually follow up using BlocChat™.

4. Delayed Messages or Notifications

  • Issue: You’re receiving delayed messages or reminders from the system.

  • Fix:

    • Check for any system updates or maintenance alerts that may be causing temporary delays.

    • Ensure that your email and WhatsApp settings are correctly linked and that you’re receiving notifications.

    • If delays persist, contact support@realtyblocks.com for assistance.

5. Automated Message Not Triggering for Specific Leads or Listings

  • Issue: Certain leads or listings are not receiving automated messages or follow-ups.

  • Fix:

    • Double-check the lead source or listing category to ensure they are properly categorized. Sometimes, if the lead or listing doesn’t match certain criteria, it may not trigger the automated workflow.

    • If you’re using ServiceMate™ for service requests, ensure the service type is correctly selected and matches the available services in your profile.

Common Issues & How to Resolve Them

Still Not Getting the Right Responses?

  • If BlocBot™ or BlocChat™ isn’t performing as expected, it could be due to platform updates or AI limitations.

  • Ensure your profile and AI preferences are set up correctly.

Delayed Follow-Ups from AgentIQ?

  • Ensure that your lead status is being updated in My Offers.

  • Check if lead activity aligns with follow-up triggers. AgentIQ follows up based on certain actions like viewing listings or submitting an offer. If the activity hasn’t occurred, follow-ups won’t trigger.

 

How to Edit, Cancel, or Manage Automated Communication

  1. Editing Automated Messages

    • Go to My Profile > AI Preferences and update settings such as lead response times, price suggestions, and marketing modes.

  2. Canceling Follow-Ups

    • You can choose to disable automatic follow-ups by adjusting the AgentIQ settings in AI Preferences.

  3. Managing Notifications

    • Turn off unwanted notifications or adjust follow-up frequencies from the Notification Settings section in My Profile.
