Managing your service listings and leads efficiently is essential to growing your real estate business. With RealtyBlocks, you can seamlessly list your services, manage incoming leads, and automate follow-ups — all in one place.

 

Getting Started

  1. Log In to Your RealtyBlocks Account
    Go to www.realtyblocks.com and sign in using your email, mobile number, or Google account.

  2. Access Your Dashboard
    Once logged in, go to your Dashboard from the top-right menu. Here, you can manage all your properties, services, leads, and requests.

 

How to List Your Services

  1. Go to the Partner Section

    • From the homepage, navigate to Partners and click on List a Service.

    • If you’re a service provider (e.g., legal, inspection, maintenance), fill in the necessary details to add your service to the platform.

  2. Select Your Service Category

    • Choose from a variety of categories like Legal, Inspection, Repair, Cleaning, etc.

    • Provide a detailed description of your service, the areas you cover, and any special offers you have.

  3. Add Your Credentials

    • Upload required documents, certifications, and licenses.

    • These will be verified through ClearPass™, ensuring trust and transparency with your clients.

  4. Set Your Availability & Preferences

    • Indicate your availability for service requests.

    • Enable WhatsApp alerts to stay updated on new service requests or messages from clients.

  5. Submit & Activate

    • Once all details are filled out, click Submit to activate your service.

    • Your service will be visible to users searching for relevant help.

 

Managing Leads for Your Services

  1. Track Incoming Leads

    • Go to My Offers or ServiceMate™ to view all incoming service requests.

    • These leads are automatically synced and categorized by the service type and urgency.

  2. Respond to Leads with BlocChat™

    • BlocChat™ lets you communicate with leads directly via WhatsApp, keeping all interactions in one place.

    • AI-powered messages can be sent automatically based on client queries, but you can also respond manually for more personalized engagement.

  3. Update Lead Status

    • From My Offers, you can change the lead status to In Progress, Completed, or Closed based on your interaction with the client.

    • Use SmartAgents™ to get reminders about follow-ups and important actions to ensure no lead is forgotten.

  4. Convert Leads into Clients

    • Once a lead shows interest in your service, you can easily convert them by sending contract documents through AgreeMate™ or setting up payments via InvoiceX™.

    • For rental or sale properties, integrate these services directly into the property offers for seamless processing.

  5. Track Service Performance

    • Use WealthFlow™ to track the return on investment (ROI) from your service offerings.

    • Monitor how many requests are converted into actual services and analyze which types of services bring in the most revenue.

 

AI-Powered Lead Nurturing

  1. Automated Follow-Ups

    • SmartAgents™ automatically send follow-up messages and reminders to leads who haven’t responded in a while.

    • These messages are personalized based on the lead’s previous actions, such as “We noticed you viewed our service, would you like to book an appointment?”

Common Issues & How to Resolve Them

Service Not Appearing in Search Results?

  • Ensure your service area and service category are correctly selected.

  • Double-check that your service status is set to Active and your subscription is paid in My Subscriptions.

Lead Not Receiving Response?

  • Check your BlocChat™ settings to make sure your WhatsApp number is correctly linked to your account.

  • If the lead isn’t responding to automated messages, try sending a personalized follow-up.

Service Details Incorrect?

  • Edit your listing by going to My Listings and clicking Edit.

  • Make necessary changes to the service description or availability to reflect accurate details.

 

How to Edit, Cancel, or Manage Services

  1. Editing Service Details

    • Go to My Listings or ServiceMate™, click Edit, and update service descriptions, pricing, or availability.

  2. Pausing or Deleting a Service

    • If you no longer wish to offer a service, you can pause or unpublish it directly from the ServiceMate™ section.

    • To permanently remove a service, go to My Listings, find the service, and click Delete.
