Getting Started

  1. Log In to Your RealtyBlocks Account
    Go to www.realtyblocks.com and sign in using your email, mobile number, or Google account.

  2. Access Your Dashboard
    Once logged in, open your Dashboard from the top-right menu. This is where you can view all your active listings, services, and transactions.

 

Common Transaction Disputes and How to Resolve Them

1. Payment Discrepancies

  • Issue: You’ve made a payment, but the recipient hasn’t received it, or the payment amount is incorrect.

  • Fix:

    • Go to CashCycle™ or InvoiceX™ to review your payment history.

    • If you made a payment via UPI or credit card, verify your transaction details through your bank statement.

    • If there’s an issue with the recipient not receiving the payment, reach out to support@realtyblocks.com with your payment details, and we’ll investigate the issue. Alternatively, ask BlocBot™ for quick help and connect with experts directly.

2. Contract Disputes

  • Issue: Disagreements over contract terms, services, or payments.

  • Fix:

    • Go to AgreeMate™ and check the status of your contracts. Ensure that both parties have signed the document and review the terms for any discrepancies.

  • Issue: The property listing doesn’t match the details provided (e.g., area, features, pricing).

  • Fix:

    • Check My Listings to ensure the listing details are accurate and up-to-date. If you made any recent updates, make sure the information is reflected.

    • If a buyer or tenant raises an issue, confirm the property details and negotiate accordingly, providing clarity through BlocChat™.

5. Delayed or Missing Escrow Payments

  • Issue: If you’re using escrow for a property transaction and funds aren’t released as per the agreement.

  • Fix:

    • Go to CashCycle™ to track the status of escrow payments and release conditions.

    • Verify if the agreed conditions for payment release (e.g., signed contract, completed inspection) have been fulfilled.

Dispute Not Being Resolved?

  • If communication between you and the other party isn’t productive, escalate the issue to support@realtyblocks.com for further mediation.

Inconsistent Information in Agreements?

  • Review the contract in AgreeMate™ and contact the other party via BlocChat™ for clarification.

  • If needed, request updates or corrections to the contract or invoice from the other party.

 

How to Edit, Cancel, or Manage Transactions

  1. Editing Transaction Details

    • Go to My Listings or My Offers and click on the Edit icon to modify listing or offer details if necessary.

  2. Canceling or Removing Leads

    • If a lead is no longer relevant, you can delete or archive it from My Offers.

    • Unsubscribe from automated follow-ups or mute notifications if you no longer wish to receive updates for a particular lead.

  3. Managing Escrow and Payment Disputes

    • For disputes involving escrow, refer to the CashCycle™ page and check if payment conditions have been met. If not, communicate the issue through BlocChat™ or email support.
