Common ClearPass™ Issues and How to Resolve Them
1. Incorrect Data on Service Provider Verification
-
Issue: Service provider details (e.g., license number, certifications) are incorrect or outdated.
-
Fix:
-
Go to My Profile and check the service provider's information.
-
Ensure all submitted documents and data are up-to-date and accurate.
-
If data is incorrect, reach out to the service provider to submit the correct documents or make necessary updates in ServiceMate™.
-
2. ClearPass™ Verification Not Completed
-
Issue: A service provider or vendor has not passed ClearPass™ verification.
-
Fix:
-
Confirm if the service provider has uploaded the correct documents (e.g., licenses, insurance, certifications).
-
If any required documents are missing, contact the provider to submit them.
-
Ensure the provider's KYC information is complete and correct. If verification fails, the system may prevent them from being listed or completing a service request.
-
3. Discrepancies in KYC Information
-
Issue: The KYC information provided by the service provider doesn’t match the data or is flagged as incorrect.
-
Fix:
-
Go to ClearPass™ in the My Profile section to review the submitted KYC data.
-
If there’s a mismatch in name, address, or contact details, request the provider to update their information.
-
For further clarification, ask the provider to re-upload documents or contact support@realtyblocks.com for assistance in clearing up discrepancies.
-
4. Disputed Service Provider Credentials
-
Issue: A client disputes the credentials of a service provider listed on your property.
-
Fix:
-
Verify the provider's credentials through ClearPass™ in My Profile.
-
If the credentials are correct, share the verified information with the client to resolve the dispute.
-
If the credentials are found to be incorrect or expired, remove or suspend the provider from your service listings until updated documentation is received.
-
5. ClearPass™ Delay in Verification Process
-
Issue: There’s a delay in processing ClearPass™ verifications, preventing vendors or agents from being listed.
-
Fix:
-
Verify if the provider has submitted all required documents, including licenses, proof of insurance, and other relevant credentials.
-
If the process is taking longer than expected, contact support@realtyblocks.com for an update or manual assistance.
-
You can also reach out to the provider directly and ask them to re-submit missing documents or follow up on their verification status.
