If you're having trouble managing leads or offers on RealtyBlocks, this guide will help you resolve common issues quickly so you can keep your business running smoothly. Whether you're not receiving leads, facing issues with follow-ups, or your leads aren’t syncing properly, we’ve got you covered.

 

Getting Started

  1. Log In to Your RealtyBlocks Account
    Go to www.realtyblocks.com and sign in using your email, mobile number, or Google account.

  2. Access Your Dashboard
    Once logged in, go to My Offers to view all incoming leads, offers, and interactions. You can manage leads and monitor their status from here.

 

Common Lead Management Issues and How to Fix Them

1. Not Receiving New Leads

  • Issue: Leads are not showing up in My Offers or ServiceMate™.

  • Fix:

    • Make sure your property or service is Active and your subscription is up-to-date in My Subscriptions.

    • Check if your listing details (city, type, price, etc.) are filled correctly, as missing information may prevent leads from being matched.

    • Ensure that your preferences for lead notifications (email, WhatsApp, or app) are enabled in My Profile.

2. Lead Not Showing Up After a Query

  • Issue: A potential lead submitted an inquiry, but it’s not showing in your dashboard.

  • Fix:

    • Refresh your browser or log out and log back in.

    • Check Spam/Junk folders in case email notifications were missed.

    • If you’re using WhatsApp notifications, ensure your WhatsApp number is correct and verified in your profile.

3. Leads Not Synced with CRM

  • Issue: Your leads from OfferChain™ or ServiceMate™ are not syncing with your CRM.

  • Fix:

    • Ensure your CRM is connected correctly. Go to My Profile > Integrations and confirm that your CRM integration (if using Zoho or other) is active.

    • Check if auto-sync is enabled to automatically pull data from OfferChain™ into your CRM.

4. AI Not Suggesting Follow-Ups

  • Issue: SmartAgents™ are not sending follow-up reminders for leads.

  • Fix:

    • Ensure that your lead status is properly updated in My Offers (e.g., from “New” to “In Progress”).

    • Confirm that your notification preferences are active, and follow-ups are turned on in My Profile under AI Preferences.

    • Check if the lead is high-priority or has shown engagement (viewing listings or asking questions). AI follows up more effectively when lead activity is higher.

5. Leads Not Responding to Automated Follow-Ups

  • Issue: Leads are not responding to the automated follow-ups generated by BlocChat™ or SmartAgents™.

  • Fix:

    • Review the content of automated messages. Make sure the follow-up is personalized and relevant to the lead's last action.

    • Consider adjusting the follow-up cadence in AI Preferences to avoid overwhelming the lead with too many messages in a short time.

    • If needed, initiate a personal conversation through BlocChat™ for a more direct approach.

 

What Happens After Resolving the Lead Issue

  • Instant Sync
    Once issues are resolved, leads will sync in real-time across your dashboard, CRM, and messaging systems.

  • AI Recommendations Resume
    Automated reminders and follow-ups will resume as soon as the system detects active leads or updates your settings.

  • Higher Engagement
    When your leads and follow-ups are working properly, you’ll see an increase in engagement, faster responses, and improved conversion rates.

 

Common Issues & How to Resolve Them

Leads Still Not Showing Up?

  • Double-check your listing and service details to ensure they match the lead criteria.

  • Verify listing status is active and not expired or unpublished.

  • Confirm your notification settings are enabled for leads via WhatsApp, email, or app alerts.

Leads Not Responding?

  • Check the quality of your listing description and pricing. Poorly written or unclear listings may deter leads.

  • If follow-ups aren’t working, personalize your next steps or escalate to a manual response.

 

How to Edit, Cancel, or Manage Leads Later

  1. Editing Lead Details

    • Go to My Offers and click the lead to view or update contact info, status, or actions. You can change the status to In Progress or Closed for better management.

  2. Canceling or Removing Leads

    • If a lead is no longer relevant, you can delete or archive it from My Offers.

    • Unsubscribe from automated follow-ups or mute notifications if you no longer wish to receive updates for a particular lead.
