Log In to Your RealtyBlocks Account
Go to www.realtyblocks.com and log in using your email, mobile number, or Google account. -
Access Your Dashboard
After logging in, go to My Profile or My Subscriptions to view your active listings, services, and transactions.

Common Payment Processing Issues and How to Fix Them
1. Payment Not Going Through

Issue: The payment doesnβt process, and the system shows an error message.

Fix:

Check if your card or UPI details are correct and valid.

Ensure you have sufficient funds in your bank or wallet account.

Try using a different payment method, such as credit/debit cards or UPI.

Ensure there are no issues with your bank's payment gateway. Sometimes, there may be temporary issues on their end.

2. Duplicate Payment Charges

Issue: Youβve been charged twice for the same service or subscription.

Check if the duplicate charge occurred on the same payment date.

Go to My Subscriptions and confirm the payment status for that specific property or service.

If duplicate payments are confirmed, contact support@realtyblocks.com with payment details and transaction IDs. We will investigate and issue a refund if necessary.

3. Payment Confirmation Not Received

Issue: Youβve completed the payment, but you havenβt received a confirmation email or WhatsApp notification.

Refresh your My Subscriptions page to see if the payment status has updated.

Check your email inbox (and spam folder) for payment confirmation.

Make sure your WhatsApp number is correct and linked to your account to receive payment updates.

4. Payment Method Not Accepted

Issue: The payment method you are using is not being accepted.

5. Subscription Payment Failure

What Happens After Resolving the Payment Issue

Instant Confirmation
Once your payment goes through successfully, youβll receive instant confirmation via email and WhatsApp.
Youβll also be able to view the updated status in My Subscriptions or My Listings. -
Subscription Reactivation
If your payment was for a subscription, the listing or service will be activated or renewed immediately after payment is processed. -
Refunds Processed
In case of duplicate payments, refunds will be processed and reflected within 7-10 business days. Youβll receive an email confirmation once itβs done.

Payment Status Not Updating

Ensure that you are connected to a stable internet connection.

Refresh the My Subscriptions page or log out and log back in.

How to Edit, Cancel, or Manage Payments

Editing Payment Information

You can update your payment details in My Profile under Payment Methods.

Simply update your card details, UPI ID, or other payment preferences.

Canceling or Managing Subscriptions

Go to My Subscriptions and click Cancel Subscription if you no longer wish to continue the service.

You can also turn auto-renewal on or off directly from My Subscriptions.
